Do I Need A Consultation?
A consultation is required for all color and extension services and must be scheduled in advance, as same-day consultations are not available. This step is essential to ensure the health of your hair and to determine if it is suitable for achieving your desired look.
Is Hair Included?
We do not include hair because we want to give guests the opportunity to choose the hair that best suits their needs. We offer a variety of preferred retailers along with our own Lux Strands hair. Based on your hair type, color, texture, density, and budget, we will recommend the options that are the best fit for you.
Why Do I Have To Have A Blow Out or Silk Press Before Other Services?
Our health and safety policy requires that all services begin with a blow out or silk press to ensure the hair is shampooed in the salon. This step is essential to properly screen all scalps for any diseases or scalp issues, maintaining a safe and sanitary environment for both clients and staff. Skipping this process would be unsanitary and could compromise the overall hygiene standards we uphold.
