Our Booking Process
To ensure you receive the Lux Experience, we have created a simple process to help make sure you receive the extension method that is best for you.
Step 1: The Pre-Consultation Form
The pre-consultation form is for our team to get to know you, your hair needs, and your hair goals. After completion of the form, we will reach out to you in 24 to 48 hours to schedule a consultation.
Step 2: The Consultation
The consultation is a 15-30 minute appointment where your stylist will ensure that your extension method of choice is best for you and your hair.
Step 3: Scheduling
When scheduling your extension transformation, we require a non-refundable retainer at the time of booking to secure your appointment and our white glove ordering service will assist you with ordering your hair from one of our preferred retailers. We cannot install hair outside of our preferred retailers. Hair is not included. Services and orders are final. This service is a courtesy, and Lux Strands is not responsible any errors with these orders, but we will assist you with all issues.
